Villa Şimşek 2 features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a spacious and elegantly designed living room, and a jacuzzi. The interior design is stylish and modern, with furniture selected to complement the overall decor.

The garden includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and garden furniture. If you want to cool off while sunbathing by the pool, you can also prepare delicious meals using the villa's barbecue. Throughout your stay, a dedicated team will be at your service for all needs, including villa cleaning and pool maintenance. With all these features combined, Villa Şimşek 2 has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Living Room

The living room offers nature views and includes a sofa set, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning, and satellite receiver.

Kitchen

The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, dinnerware set, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, built-in stove, tea maker, baby high chair, frying pans, pot set, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Garden

The garden features nature views, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a sun umbrella, garden seating group, garden dining table, swing, and barbecue.

General Terms

• Check-in – Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the first day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the last day. We kindly ask you to adhere to these times, as cleaning is carried out in between. If you arrive earlier than your check-in time, we regret that we cannot assist you.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. If there are no issues such as damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out.
• Minimum Stay – Extra Cleaning Fee: If requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period are accepted, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and free cleaning is provided once a week. If you request additional cleaning, it will be carried out by the villa staff, and new bed linens, pillowcases, etc., will be provided at an additional cost.
• Pool – Garden Maintenance: All our villas located in natural settings are regularly sprayed. However, there may still be butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Status: We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with enclosed pools; there is always a 5% margin of exposure.
