Living Room: Modern seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, dining table with chairs, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, and kitchen utensils.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is at 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is at 10:00 on the departure day. Please note that we cannot assist with early arrivals as cleaning is performed during this period. Kindly adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit is refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee applies if requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period are accepted.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning services are available upon request by the villa staff, with charges applying for new linens, pillowcases, etc.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas are regularly fumigated due to their natural surroundings. Nonetheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the environment is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: We do not guarantee 100% visual privacy for villas with enclosed pools. A 5% margin of visibility always applies for these properties.
