Star Villa

Star Villa is a private, conservative family villa located in the Ovacık district of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Designed for guests seeking privacy, this exclusive villa features a secluded pool area with a jacuzzi. Situated away from the city traffic and noise with its spacious pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for a peaceful holiday. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The pool and terrace are enclosed by a retractable awning system, ensuring complete privacy from the surroundings. This stylish villa, perfect for those looking for a secluded and tranquil holiday, welcomes you with its spacious living areas and modern design.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and electronics to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor. Features a double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony. A shared bathroom is available on the ground floor.
• Bedroom 2: Located on the upper floor. Features two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony. A shared bathroom/WC is available in the common area.
• Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, WC, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The terrace features a private enclosed swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, a swing, a foosball table, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a BBQ (grill), a table and chairs for 6, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is performed early each morning by our staff.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask you to adhere to these times, as the villa is cleaned during the interim period.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Linen: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available upon request for a fee.
• Pest Control: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural setting. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding environment is possible.
• Privacy Note: While our villas feature enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility from all angles. A 5% margin of visibility should be considered.
