Set in the tranquil İslamlar Village, one of Kalkan’s most beautiful areas, Sunset Villa offers a serene escape surrounded by lush greenery and stunning natural views. Built in 2019, this single-story wooden villa accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and small families. The villa features a secluded pool concept, perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation. Every comfort has been thoughtfully considered to provide a dream holiday experience in nature. Sunset Villa is located 8 km from Kalkan town center.

Note: For stays of 7 nights or less, an extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, toilet, and access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and access to the pool terrace. Clean linen and towel sets are provided in all air-conditioned bedrooms.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, a 6-seat dining table and chairs, 4-piece dinner set, cutlery set, and tea, coffee, and water glasses.

Living Room

The living room features a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, internet modem, and access to the pool terrace.

Pool

The private swimming pool measures 9 m in length, 3 m in width, and 1.50 m in depth.

Garden

The garden area includes a carefully designed secluded swimming pool, sun umbrella, sun loungers, barbecue, 5-seat dining table and chairs, garden seating set, table tennis, hammock, and a children's playground.

General Information

• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surroundings is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy Status: For villas with secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility; there is always a 5% margin of discretion.

General Terms

• An extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies for stays of 7 nights or less.
• Check-in and check-out times, cancellation policies, and prepayment terms are provided at the time of booking.
• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.
• Children are welcome; the property includes a children's playground.
