Sunset Villa 2

Sunset Villa is a conservative, nature-immersed villa with a private jacuzzi, located in Islamlar Village—one of the most beautiful areas of Kalkan. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning natural views, this villa allows guests to enjoy the tranquility of nature. Built in 2019, Villa Sunset is a single-story wooden structure with 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. It is an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and small families, offering a secluded pool concept for privacy. Designed with all comfort needs in mind, this villa promises a dream-like holiday experience in nature. Villa Sunset is 8 km from Kalkan city center.

Note: For bookings of 7 nights or fewer, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, toilet, and access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and access to the pool terrace.

Clean linens and towel sets are provided in all air-conditioned bedrooms.

Kitchen

The modern American kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, a 6-seater dining table and chairs, a 4-piece dinner set, cutlery set, and tea, coffee, and water glasses.

Living Room

The living room features a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, internet modem, and access to the pool terrace.

Pool

The private swimming pool measures: length 9 m, width 3 m, depth 1.50 m.

Garden

The garden area includes a carefully designed secluded swimming pool, sun umbrella, sun loungers, barbecue, a 5-seater dining table and chairs, garden seating group, table tennis, hammock, and a children's playground.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. However, there may be butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surroundings. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: For our villas with secluded pools, we do not guarantee 100% non-visibility; there is always a 5% margin of discretion.
