Sunset Villa 3

Sunset Villa 3 is a private, nature-immersed honeymoon villa with a Jacuzzi, located in the charming Islamlar Village, one of the most beautiful areas of Kalkan. Nestled among lush greenery, this villa offers stunning natural views and a peaceful retreat. Built in 2019, it is a single-story wooden structure with 1 bedroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Thoughtfully designed for honeymoon couples, it offers a conservative concept with a secluded pool. Every detail has been considered for guest comfort, promising a dream vacation in a natural setting. The villa is 8 km from Kalkan town center.

Note: For bookings of 7 nights or fewer, an extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, toilet, and access to the pool terrace. Clean linen and towel sets are provided.

Living & Kitchen

• Kitchen: Modern American-style kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, electric kettle, dining table with chairs for 4, pots, pans, 4-piece dinner set, cutlery set, and tea, coffee, and water glasses.
• Living Room: Includes a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, wireless internet, and access to the pool terrace.

Pool & Garden

• Private Secluded Swimming Pool: Dimensions: 9m x 3m, depth 1.50m.
• Garden: Features a private secluded pool, sun umbrella, 2 sun loungers, barbecue, dining table with chairs for 4, garden seating group, vertical hammock, and table tennis area.

General Information

• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural setting. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surroundings is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: While our villas have secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
