Tahancı Villa 2 – A Holiday Villa Near Ölüdeniz

Our villa is a rental property with a jacuzzi, located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye. It offers accommodation for 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. With its modern and comfortable design, it provides an excellent holiday experience. The garden features a pool, swing, and seating areas. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is an additional shared bathroom in the living room. Ideal for families and groups of friends, this villa can also be combined with the adjacent Tahancı Villa 2 to accommodate larger families.

Room Details

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, private balcony, and bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, private balcony, and bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, private balcony, and bathroom.

Living Room

Features a sofa set, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, range hood, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dining table, and all necessary cooking and serving utensils.

Garden

Includes a swimming pool, seating area, swing, barbecue area, sun loungers, and parasols.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this period. Please respect these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. Free cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, can be arranged by the villa staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly fumigated. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion; there is always a 5% margin for visibility.
