Living Room & Kitchen

Living Room: Sofa set, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, range hood, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dining table, and all necessary cooking and serving utensils.

Garden & Outdoor Area

The garden features a pool, seating area, swing, barbecue area, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

General Terms & Conditions

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 16:00 (4:00 PM) on arrival day.
• Check-out time: 10:00 (10:00 AM) on departure day.
• Please adhere to these times, as the villa is cleaned during the interim period. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items, the deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out.

Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee

Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be accepted, but an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week.
• Additional cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available upon request from the villa staff for a fee.

Pool & Garden Maintenance

• All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed for pest control. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible.
• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy

For villas with enclosed or sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should always be expected.
