Tahancı Villa 4 – Holiday Villa in Ölüdeniz

Our villa is located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye and offers a 3-bedroom, 6-person accommodation with a private jacuzzi. With its modern and comfortable design, it provides guests with a wonderful holiday experience. The garden features a pool, swing, and seating areas. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is an additional shared bathroom in the living room. Suitable for families and groups of friends, this villa can also be combined with the adjacent Tahancı Villa 2 to accommodate larger families.

Room Details

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, private balcony, and bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, private balcony, and bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, private balcony, and bathroom.

Living Room

The living room includes a sofa set, TV, air conditioning, a coffee table, and direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, range hood, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dining table, and all necessary cooking and serving utensils.

Garden

The garden features a swimming pool, seating area, swing, barbecue area, sun loungers, and parasols.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning is performed during this period. Please adhere to these times.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at check-in. It will be refunded after a brief inspection of the villa/apartment 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. One complimentary cleaning per week is provided. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed. However, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may still be present in the surroundings. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy: We cannot guarantee 100% seclusion for villas with enclosed pools; there is always a 5% margin for privacy.
