Our villa is situated within an exclusive complex of similar luxury villas and is one of 10 private 3+1 villas, each with its own pool. This modern villa features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. It boasts a private garden and a stunning pool, all meticulously decorated and fully equipped with everything you need.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this one. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy a holiday together.

Living Room

Designed as an open-plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

An open-plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe, and access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and nightstand.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, shared bathroom (with living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace

The terrace features a private swimming pool, children's pool, private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, swing, and BBQ. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning by our staff.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM on arrival day. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours. Please respect these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses, the deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Bookings shorter than the minimum stay period may be accepted but will incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once per week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, is available upon request for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas are regularly sprayed due to their natural surroundings. However, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may still be present. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While our villas with sheltered pools offer privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
