Note: For families or groups wishing to stay together, similar villas are available right next to this one. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously for a shared holiday.

Living Room

Designed as an open-plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen/living room is located on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and electronic appliances for your holiday needs.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe, and access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, shared bathroom (with the living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

Features include a private swimming pool, children's pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, sunbathing area, swing, and BBQ. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning by our staff.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is by 10:00 on the departure day. Please respect these times, as the villa is cleaned during the interim period. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded after a brief inspection of the villa 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once per week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linen and pillowcases, can be arranged by the on-site staff for a fee.
• Pest Control: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding environment is possible.
• Privacy: While our villas offer privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion. A 5% margin for potential visibility should always be considered.
