Note: Similar villas are located right next to this one for families and groups who wish to stay together. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy a joint holiday.

Designed as an open-plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

Designed as an open-plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor. Our open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and electronic appliances for your holiday needs.

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, dressing table, wardrobe, and access to the pool terrace.

• Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, a shared bathroom (with the living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace

The terrace includes a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ. Pool and garden maintenance is performed early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00. Check-out time is 10:00. Please adhere to these times, as the villa is cleaned between check-out and check-in. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.

• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.

• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged by the villa attendants for a fee, including new sheets, pillowcases, etc.

• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas located in nature are regularly fumigated. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

• Privacy: We cannot guarantee 100% privacy for villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% margin for visibility.
