Our villa is situated within a prestigious complex featuring only similar-style villas and is one of 10 exclusive 3+1 villas, each with its own private pool. This modern villa offers 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests, boasting a private garden and a stunning pool. It is meticulously decorated and equipped with all the essentials you may need.

Note: For families or groups wishing to stay together, similar villas are available right next to this one. Depending on availability, multiple villas can be rented simultaneously for a joint holiday.

Living Room

Designed as an open-plan living room/kitchen located on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

Designed as an open-plan kitchen/living room located on the ground floor. Our open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and electronic appliances for your holiday needs.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, dressing table, wardrobe, and access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and nightstands.
• Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, shared bathroom (with the living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ (grill). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

Check-in & Check-out & General Rules

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50 m, Length: 11.5 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in / Check-out Times: Check-in time is after 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is before 10:00 on the departure day. Please adhere to these times, as cleaning is performed during the interim period. We cannot accommodate early arrivals.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out.
• Minimum Stay / Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be accepted but will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Free cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning services and supplies (new sheets, pillowcases, etc.) are available upon request from the villa staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural surroundings. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the environment is possible.
• Privacy Status: We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with enclosed pools. There is always a 5% margin for visibility.
