• Important Note: The villas Turkuaz, Kuvars, Topaz, and Akik are located side by side in the area and share common visuals. Their features and furnishings are identical, only the furniture colors may vary.
• Natural Environment: Due to the natural setting, regular pest control is carried out. However, butterflies, insects, flies, bees, etc., may be present in the surroundings.
