Enjoy your private sea-view swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table, and barbecue. The garden and pool are maintained daily.

General Terms

• Check-in: 16:00 | Check-out: 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated due to cleaning between stays.
• Damage Deposit: Collected upon check-in; refunded within 10 minutes after check-out inspection, provided no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests below the minimum stay may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.
• Indoor Pool Heating: Available at an extra charge of 1,500 TL per day (subject to seasonal change). Heating fee is calculated for the entire stay. Guests must contact the property 2 days before arrival to request heating.
• Cleaning: Villa is delivered clean; free weekly cleaning included. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available from the staff at an additional cost.
• Pest Control: Regular pest control is carried out; however, butterflies, insects, or flies may still be present due to the natural setting.
• Privacy: Villas with sheltered pools do not guarantee 100% visual privacy; a 5% margin should be considered.
