Villa Tuana Yeşilköy's modern and stylish American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinner set, pans, pots, and cutlery. Additionally, a two-person foosball table is available for your enjoyment. Prepare your own meals and set up delightful tables with your family and friends throughout your holiday.

Living Room

The colorful and comfortable living room of Villa Tuana Yeşilköy features a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink, and toilet. This space is thoughtfully designed for guests to relax and spend quality time.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00. Due to cleaning between stays, early check-in is not possible.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean to you. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, including new sheets and pillowcases, is available upon request for a fee from the villa caretakers.

Pool & Garden Care

All our villas in nature are regularly treated against insects. However, the presence of butterflies, bugs, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Note

For villas with secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a 5% margin of visibility.
