Located in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan, our villa Yıldız offers a stunning sea and nature view, providing an unforgettable holiday for you and your friends. This ultra-luxurious villa, completed in 2021, has been specially designed for those seeking a privileged and memorable vacation. Every detail has been carefully furnished to host your most beautiful moments. The villa has a capacity of 6 guests with 3 suite bedrooms.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, vanity table, en-suite bathroom with WC, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, vanity table, en-suite bathroom with WC, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single comfort beds, air conditioning, nightstand, vanity table, en-suite bathroom with WC, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The American-style kitchen is located on the pool level and is fully equipped with: microwave, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner hob, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, 8-piece dinner set, cutlery set, and glasses.

Living Room

The living room features air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD player, seating group, iron and ironing board, and a sink. It offers direct access to the poolside. Additionally, there is a spacious rooftop terrace on the top floor, furnished with a seating group, table, and chairs, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

Pool & Garden

The villa has a private swimming pool. Daily garden and pool maintenance is carried out by the staff.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean upon arrival. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. If you require extra cleaning, new linens, pillowcases, etc., these can be arranged by the villa staff for an additional fee.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the arrival day, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the departure day. Please adhere to these times as cleaning is carried out between them.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there are no damages, breakages, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay: Reservations shorter than the minimum stay requirement are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
• Pest Control: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible.
• Privacy: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot offer a 100% guarantee of complete privacy; a 5% margin of visibility should be considered.
