Located in the Ulugöl area of conservative Kalkan, Villa Yıldız 2 offers you and your friends an unforgettable holiday with its stunning sea and nature views. This exclusive villa is carefully prepared for guests who want to make their vacation privileged and memorable. Villa Yıldız is located close to this villa for guests wishing to rent villas near each other. Both villas are among our options close to the center and the sea.

The living room features a seating group, satellite receiver, and LCD TV.
Pool and Garden
The villa includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, swing, sun umbrella, garden seating group, and barbecue.
General Terms
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00. Please adhere to these times, as cleaning is done in between. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded 10 minutes before departure after a villa inspection, provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses.
- Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: A minimum stay period applies. Requests below this period may incur an extra cleaning fee if accepted.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The villa is delivered clean, and complimentary cleaning is done once a week. Additional cleaning is available upon request at a charge, including fresh linens and pillowcases provided by the villa staff.
Pool and Garden Maintenance
All villas in nature settings are regularly sprayed. Despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may be present in the surroundings. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
Privacy Status
For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility; there is always a 5% margin of privacy.
